Are Spiegelau/Nachtmann products dishwasher safe?
Yes, almost everything we produce is dishwasher safe. Unless otherwise stated, all glasses are suitable for dishwasher use. Do not overload your dishwasher such that glasses are colliding or vibrating again other utensils. If your dishwasher has a glass-insert, use it! Remove the glasses before the final rinse cycle begins otherwise traces of detergent residue can be left on the glass.

Is using my credit card secure?
Any payment transactions are encrypted and we use 3D secure and SSL technology. This encrypts the characters that you enter, converting them into code that is securely transmitted in sequence over the Internet. Please note that we do not hold or store your card details on our website at any time and that all card payments are processed securely via Opayo.

Shipping

How quickly will my order be delivered?
Items which are in stock are normally delivered within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Our warehouses and offices are closed on public holidays and between Christmas and New Year and deliveries during those times will take longer. Please note that we can only delivery to UK addresses.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer these services.

What if my item is not available?
If an item is out of stock, normally you will not be able to place an order. In the event of an inventory error, however, and the item you ordered not being available, you will receive an email notification from us. Your order will be cancelled and payment will be credited back to your account if it has been already taken.

What if I cannot find the item(s) I want?
If you cannot find your favourite item(s), please contact us directly.

How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Can I add something to an existing order?
Unfortunately, no. Your order will be processed immediately. Any additions must therefore be sent in a new order.

How does the purchasing process work from a technical standpoint?
After you've placed items in the shopping cart, start the order process by clicking the button "Checkout. The shop will then ask you to enter the needed information to process the order. After confirming our general terms and conditions please select the option “Complete Order”, upon doing so, your order will be sent.

Is the purchasing information saved, can I view this after the purchase?
If you create an account, your orders are stored in our shop. You can view your orders at any time in the shop under "My Account" after logging in with your login information. If you check out as a guest, unfortunately you will not be able to view your order progress or history online.

In which languages is the information on the webshop available?
The store currently offers only the language English.

How can I change the details in order process if necessary?
Anytime during the checkout process, you can change or correct entries already made. You may be requested by the system to correct data when it is missing or incorrect. Only after selecting the button “Confirm order” is the data saved and the ordering process completed. 

Is there a maximum/minimum order limit and does free shipping apply?
There is no maximum of minimum order value on our website.
For orders below £50 a delivery charge of £4.95 applies. Orders above this value benefit from free shipping. Please note that we can only ship to UK addresses.
